Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, while training and supporting a capable restaurant crew. This role requires staying on our feet, maintaining a clean line, and helping with scheduling, breaks, and office duties.

You will bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train the restaurant crew; evaluate workload and assist when needed.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support future Service Leaders through coaching and development.
• Assist with office administration and cash handling policies.
