Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.

The role also involves keeping a clean, organized line, supervising crew, and supporting training and development of front-of-house staff. You will assist with scheduling, breaks, and line changes, while helping resolve incidents and ensuring food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized, with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Support training and development of front-of-house crew and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and stock management.
