Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll keep a clean, well-organized line, train crew, manage line equipment, and step in to assist when busy.

You’ll also support daily operations and help drive guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and the ability to communicate effectively in the work location's language.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and well organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available as needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties to support daily restaurant operations.
