Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and excellent service. The role trains crew, maintains a clean line and working equipment, and supports scheduling and office duties as needed.

You will help resolve incidents, supervise breaks, and mentor future Service Leaders while contributing to a fast-paced, values-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant crew well trained and provide good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Evaluate tasks when not busy and assist others accordingly.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew, and assist with performance reviews.
• Support future Service Leaders and assist with office administration duties as needed.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered; manage inventory as required.
