Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and providing excellent service. The role requires staying on your feet, maintaining a clean line, and stepping in to help when not busy.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver consistent dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters preferred.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administrative duties and supplies as needed.
