Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience while coaching a restaurant crew. You will supervise line dynamics, support daily safety checks, and help resolve customer issues to maintain a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of Food With Integrity, cash handling, and office administration, plus a high school diploma and prior restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Supervise and train the restaurant crew for good customer service.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning, monitor temperatures and times.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents when they arise.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Perform office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are maintained and ordered.
