Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused. The role requires standing on the line, supervising shifts, and supporting office duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, basic cash-handling knowledge, and a commitment to Food With Integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist with resolving food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety and Hygiene standards on the line.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
