Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; assist when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; monitor performance.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and document handling.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in good order.
