Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training the restaurant crew, maintaining a clean line, and supporting line operations to deliver excellent service.

The position requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and familiarity with office paperwork, with the ability to communicate effectively in the work location's language.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and local health department requirements.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and equipped; ensure staff training and service quality.
• Monitor line time/temperature, hand washing, glove changes, and food safety checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and contribute to positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Support training and development of front-of-house crew and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
