Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipment functioning; assist others when not busy
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and daily food safety checklists
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents; ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; supervise and develop front-of-house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training; develop future Service Leaders
• Perform miscellaneous office duties and manage banking, cash handling, and paperwork
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
