Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader responsible for a positive customer experience and safe, quality food preparation. The role also ensures a well-trained crew and clean, organized operations on the restaurant line.

You will monitor line schedules, support breaks and shift changes, and help develop front-of-house staff while handling office-related tasks as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge required.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety policies and procedures including hand washing and glove changes.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and advancement of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
