Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will train and support the restaurant crew, maintain a clean, efficient line, and assist with shift management and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring time and temperature, and developing future Service Leaders. Restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Strong customer service mindset and conflict resolution
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks and shift changes as needed
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and participate in performance reviews
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies and paperwork
