Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety protocols.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules for crew.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and participate in office administration tasks.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure adequate quantities of supplies are available as needed.
