Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while guiding a trained restaurant crew.

The role involves maintaining an efficient line, monitoring safety policies, and supporting crew development and office duties as needed. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeps the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Clocked hours with breaks; assists others when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develops and cross-trains all front of house crew.
• Assists with crew performance reviews and future leaders.
