Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and mentor crew members in food safety, service, and operations.

You will also support crew training, performance reviews, and head up daily administrative tasks while ensuring proper staffing and shift coordination. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and clerical tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized service line and functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew on breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training of future leaders.
• Handle office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
