Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep a clean, organized line and help with training and crew scheduling, while supporting office tasks as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with focus on food safety, cash handling, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Be able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Comfort with office paperwork and working in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety by monitoring hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, and shelf lives.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
