Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role requires supervising a restaurant crew, maintaining a clean line, and clocked-in work on the floor when not on break.

The position focuses on training the crew, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting daily operations to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety incl. hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
