Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training a capable restaurant crew. The role emphasizes cleanliness, proper equipment operation, and proactive task completion to keep the line efficient and service friendly.

You will lead front-of-house staff, support food safety practices, and help with crew evaluations while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork processes.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English in the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and assist in maintaining safety standards.
• Monitor line cleanliness and ensure proper use of line equipment.
• Support customer service and resolve customer incidents for positive experiences.
• Schedule crew breaks, shifts, and meetings; aid with line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and contribute to leadership development.
• Support office administration tasks and handle basic banking/cash policies as needed.
