Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean line, monitoring safety checks, and stepping in to assist across shifts when needed.

You’ll develop front-of-house staff, support crew performance reviews, and help manage office tasks and supplies, while aligning with Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and standards.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices on the line.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Support office administration and banking duties.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies.
