Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by overseeing food safety, quality, and customer service. The role involves maintaining the line, training crew, and assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are available.
