Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean line, supervise ongoing tasks, and assist with training and scheduling.

You will contribute to food safety protocols, resolve incidents, and help develop future Service Leaders while supporting office tasks and maintaining proper equipment and supplies.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Support food safety standards and daily checklists.
