Qualifications

• Must have food safety knowledge and experience with cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with restaurant office paperwork and procedures.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to read/write English and understand the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, daily safety checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and supplies management.
