Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training a skilled crew. The role requires keeping a clean, efficient line and guiding staff to deliver excellent service on busy shifts.

The position involves supervising breaks, coordinating schedules, developing front-of-house staff, and supporting office tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on feet while clocked in, and assist others when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
