Job summary

Lolli & Pops, a brand within Ampersand Brands, is hiring a Service Lead/Keyholder for our Park Meadows Mall location in Lone Tree, CO. You will help drive store-level financial and operational results while leading by example in guest engagement and product knowledge.

You'll train, coach and motivate team members, assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory, and maintain visuals and cleanliness to meet brand standards. Flexible availability is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to reach them.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge.
• Coach selling skills and lead by example to maximize store performance.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and keep the store clean.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently among all staff.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
