Job summary

Ampersand Brands is hiring a Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder at our Denver location. You’ll help drive store performance, engage guests with product knowledge, and coach your team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll also train staff, manage orders and inventory, and uphold visual standards. As a keyholder, you’ll support the Store Manager, maintain policy compliance, and champion the brand both in-store and in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent guest experiences in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve store targets.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including peak times and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Lead and develop team members, coaching selling skills and product knowledge.
• Oversee training, paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Act as a store champion for the brand both inside and outside the store.
