Job summary

Lolli & Pops, part of Ampersand Brands, seeks a part-time Service Lead/Keyholder to join our first-rate team. You will be a keyholder and help guide daily store operations, guest engagement, and product knowledge sharing. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and support the Store Manager with inventory and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs and support achievement of targets.
• Engage guests, promote sampling and product knowledge.
• Coach selling skills and lead the team by example.
• Assist in training and motivating team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and store directives consistently.
