Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Lift 25 pounds regularly; up to 40 pounds with accommodation
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle small objects

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level KPIs and achieve targets
• Engage guests with product knowledge and suggestive selling
• Coach and develop team members to maximize sales
• Assist in hiring and training new staff
• Support Store Manager with daily operations, inventory and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Uphold policies and procedures consistently
• Be a brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops
