Ampersand Brands seeks a Service Lead/Keyholder for Lolli & Pops at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado. You will be a keyholder and part of the leadership team, driving guest experiences and store performance with a passion for candy and service.

You will coach staff, ensure product knowledge, manage visuals, and uphold store standards while supporting the Store Manager with daily operations. Lift up to 25 pounds as needed to handle merchandise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a store team and driving KPI targets.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and support physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Lead guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
