Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder to drive store performance and guest experience. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent service at the Lolli & Pops store. The role supports training, inventory management, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced environment.

As a Service Lead, you will be a keyholder on the leadership team. You’ll champion brand values and ensure consistent store operations with a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage guests and team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bias towards action with ability to lift and mobilize up to 75 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Maintain guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge.
• Coach and develop team, training and motivation.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Enforce store policies and operational directives consistently.
• Be a brand ambassador inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
