Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge
• Maximize team performance through coaching, selling skills, and leading by example
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Enforce policies, procedures and operational directives consistently
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
