Job summary

Beltway Companies is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist in Maryland/Baltimore to join our team. You will greet customers and collect vehicle and customer data for repairs and invoicing, and you will generate health reports for quick insights into reported vehicle issues.

You will document vehicle issues, maintain positive customer relationships, assist with calls, and collaborate with Accounting on account changes and credits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Team player with commitment to the customer and service team.
• Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication.
• Sensitive to customer needs and a good listener.
• Professional demeanor and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing
• Generate health reports upon vehicle arrivals for immediate insight into reported vehicle issues
• Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs
• Maintain customer relationships through a continuous positive attitude and attentiveness daily
• Assist with answering telephone calls when necessary
• Work closely with Accounting personnel regarding customer account changes, customer credits, and clearing the sublet accounts when necessary
• Maintain and file all necessary documentation required by the Service Department
• Other duties as assigned
