Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage vehicle intake at a Kinetic Vision Center. You will guide customers through inspections, capture damage details, and support estimating and repair planning while ensuring a smooth, customer-centric experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with insurance carriers, repair facilities, and internal teams, delivering exceptional service and accurate documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and instill trust with clients across organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in customer success, software implementation, sales development, or technical support in automotive repair/ADAS.
• Strong understanding of automotive software products (CDK, CCC, Mitchell is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments and communicate throughout the repair journey.
• Verify insurance details, claim numbers, deductibles, and loss facts.
• Document vehicle damage and intake details with photos and digital records.
• Prepare intake files for estimating and repair planning teams.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure a seamless repair experience.
