You will keep the line clean, organized, and staffed, guiding tasks when busy and supporting team goals. Responsibilities include preserving food safety, resolving incidents, and fostering development of front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and food safety.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety compliance.
• Monitor line operations, breaks, shifts and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
