Rogers Electric is seeking a seasoned Service Foreman to lead electrical field teams on major projects across the U.S. You’ll support planning, bidding, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on supervision, blueprint interpretation, and strong client communication. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field experience, 3+ years of foreman leadership, and the ability to travel up to 90%.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks by deadlines and urgency.
• Proficiency in using company systems (emails, work orders, reports).
• Proficient with ProCore and daily reports documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope of work and costs.
• Identify risks to ensure related costs are covered.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards for contract scope.
• Lead electricians, assign tasks, and provide materials and equipment.
• Manage crew hours, procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE compliance.
• Perform conduit/wire runs and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kickoff meetings, progress walks, and turnover.
