Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Service Foreman to lead electrical projects on site with strong field experience. You will manage electricians, supervise scope execution, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality. Travel up to 90% and irregular hours are required, with opportunities to grow within a large nationwide contractor.

Ideal candidates have extensive foreman experience, equipment knowledge, and proven ability to coordinate complex electrical installations within budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician
• 3+ years as a foreman on large electrical projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong verbal and written communication
• ProCore and daily progress reporting
• Proficient with Excel and Word for documentation
• Willingness to travel (up to 90%), nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope of work
• Identifies risks in scope of work to ensure costs are covered
• Establishes objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Manages team of electricians and assigns daily tasks
• Manages crew labor hours, materials, scheduling, and daily reports
• Leads safety meetings and ensures PPE use
• Runs conduit/wire and installs devices
• Troubleshoots and performs quality control testing
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, turnover
