Rogers Electric is seeking a Service Foreman to lead electrical field teams on commercial projects. You’ll plan, staff, and manage scope, materials, and scheduling while maintaining safety standards and quality control.

The role requires extensive field experience, foreman oversight, and strong communication. Expect 90% travel, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Ten+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• Three+ years of Foreman experience overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and urgency.
• Experience creating, navigating, and updating company systems.
• ProCore proficiency for daily reports and progress tracking.
• Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to define scope and general conditions.
• Identify risks in scope to cover related costs.
• Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Manage electricians, assign tasks, and provide materials/equipment.
• Oversee crew hours, procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE compliance.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kick-offs, progress walks, and turnover.
