Rogers Electric, a leading national electrical contractor, is seeking a talented Electrical Foreman to join our team. You will oversee projects from ground-up construction to remodels, ensure quality, train crews, and manage materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proficient in electrical system installation.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects and work on ladders.
• Basic computer skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients.
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
