Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a talented Service Foreman to join our nationwide team. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising electrical projects, with extensive field oversight and a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years as a commercial electrician and 3+ years leading large electrical projects, with the ability to read blueprints and manage multi-site crews. Travel up to 90% and willingness to work nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency with ProCore and ability to create daily reports
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Willingness to travel (90%), work nights, weekends and overtime

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope of work and general conditions.
• Identify risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and standards to complete scope per contract.
• Manage electricians, assign tasks, and provide materials/equipment.
• Manage crew hours, procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE compliance.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kickoff meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover.
