Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a skilled Service Foreman to lead field electrical crews on commercial projects, coordinating planning, staffing, safety, and quality control to deliver on contract requirements. The role requires 8+ years as a commercial electrician and 3+ years as a Foreman on large projects, with strong blueprint reading.

ProCore, Excel, and Word proficiency are essential; travel up to 90% and occasional night/weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, in a professional manner.
• Willing to travel (90%), work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Proficient with ProCore, Excel, and Word; capable of updating daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope and requirements.
• Identifies risks to ensure costs are covered.
• Establishes objectives, policies, and performance standards to complete scope of work per contract documents.
• Manages team of electricians, assigns tasks, and provides materials/equipment.
• Manages crew labor hours, material procurement, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures use of PPE.
• Runs conduit/wire and installs/terminates devices.
• Performs QC testing and troubleshooting.
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, and turnover.
