Job summary

Rogers Electric in the United States is seeking a Traveling Small Projects Foreman to lead field crews on commercial electrical projects. This role requires extensive on-site supervision, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

The position involves 90% travel, nights, weekends, and overtime. You’ll oversee electricians, read blueprints, manage materials, and produce daily progress reports using ProCore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years as Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and staff projects.
• Proficient with ProCore and daily reporting.
• Skilled with Excel and Word documentation.
• Willing to travel up to 90% and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope.
• Identify risks to ensure related costs are covered.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete scope.
• Manage electricians, tasks, and materials to complete scope.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
