Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a talented Service Foreman to lead field teams on large electrical projects. You will assist the Project Manager with planning, staffing, and progress reporting, while ensuring safety and quality on every job site.

Strong blueprints reading, ProCore usage, and coordination across trades are essential. The role requires 10+ years in the field as an electrician and 3+ years as a foreman, with willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope of work including general conditions.
• Identify risks in scope to ensure costs are covered.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per contract documents.
• Manage team of electricians; assign daily tasks and procure materials/equipment.
• Oversee crew labor hours, scheduling, and daily production reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce PPE use.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kick-off, progress, and turnover meetings.
