Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager to drive customer experience and sales performance in our NJ store. The role emphasizes ownership of processes, coaching an education-driven team, and collaborating with merchandising and store teams to implement customer-focused initiatives.

The position involves assisting with budgets, privacy and security of customer information, and executing service, cash, and communication procedures.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering results and achieving goals.
• Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation that enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in coaching an interactive team of specialists who drive education efforts through influence and coaching.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to promote customer-driven initiatives.
• Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Assist with protecting security and privacy of customer information, including education and compliance.
• Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
