Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and coach teammates while keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.

You will help open/close routines, lead by example in achieving sales goals, and train staff to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include organizing selling floors, managing inventory, and guiding customers through events and rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with daily store operations and open/close routines.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and company goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain service standards.
• Advise customers on fashion, events, Nordstrom rewards, and mailing list benefits.
• Keep selling floors and stockrooms organized and merchandise properly ticketed.
• Perform inventory processes and ensure accurate item check-in and tagging.
