Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in Buford, GA to bridge customers and technicians in our service lanes. You will greet customers, explain technician recommendations in clear terms, and identify up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

You will set appointments, prepare estimates, and coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, transparently.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
