Premier Automotive Group seeks a Service Advisor in Buford, GA to oversee service orders and the service drive. You will ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service, answering questions about vehicles, warranties, and repairs.

You will coordinate technicians' time, distribute work efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding company policies and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for everyday tasks and systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service orders and flow of the service drive.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above standards.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and coworkers.
