Job summary

You will schedule appointments, greet customers, assess vehicle needs from walk-arounds and test drives, prepare transparent repair estimates, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction.

• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
