Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to be covered by Auto Insurance.
• 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and in-house software.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and makes outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for all service appointments.
• Display knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Contact internet customers regarding service inquiries or scheduling requests.
• Complete call sheets for feedback to Service Manager.
• Update service status with advisors and keep customers informed.
