Norfolk Auto Center in Northeast Nebraska is seeking an enthusiastic BDC Agent to join our service team. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to schedule service appointments, verify vehicle information, and provide customers with status updates while their vehicles are in our care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for insurance eligibility.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• English fluency; Spanish fluency optional but beneficial.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Handles outbound and inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder call for all service appointments.
• Display knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Contacts internet customers regarding service inquiries or scheduling requests.
• Complete call sheets to turn into Service Manager to provide feedback on the calls.
• Communicate with service advisors and assist in keeping customers informed about status.
• All other duties as assigned.
