Job summary

Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is seeking a Service BDC – Business Development Consultant to manage a high volume of customer contacts, addressing service and parts inquiries and scheduling appointments. The role requires a friendly, proactive, and results-driven attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will work in a team environment, using telephony and CRM software, and must be willing to work a full-time schedule including nights and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Handles 100+ incoming/outbound calls daily.
• Must have call center or customer contact experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule of 40 hours/week including nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer service and parts inquiries and delivers exceptional service.
• Engages customers with outbound calls, email chat and text communications.
• Documents outcomes in advanced software applications and CRM systems.
