Dave White Chevrolet in Sylvania, Ohio is seeking a friendly Service BDC Representative to join our team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help keep the service schedule productive and full.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to learn multiple dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate service appointments.
• Schedule appointments accurately based on customer needs and service capacity.
• Maintain and maximize the daily service appointment schedule.
• Follow up with customers who missed or canceled service appointments.
• Document customer concerns and appointment information for Service Advisors.
